For 1st group, the order for mobility is Rb+>K+>Na+>Li+ Ionic mobility is inversely proportional to hydration enthalpy. Further hydration enthalpy is inversely proportional to size of the ion. Hence ionic mobility is maximum for Rubidium ion.
